5weeks smoke free and enjoying breathing easier. For those just starting keep going it gets better. For those who are farther along the road than me thank you for your posts your joy at being smoke free is very motivating and encouraging. I keep saying 1 more day just 1 more day sometimes I forget and realize that it's not a needed tool I just like saying it

Well done gshark7970 - at your stage of my quit I had the song 'One Day at a time, sweet Jesus' on loop in my head - funnily enough it worked, if though probably seemed a bit mad singing it at work
