Hi guys, just an update. I'm on day 5 smoke free. its friday afternoon. i feel nervous about the weekend. but i'm not repeating the same mistake that i did last week. so im not going out at all. i'll just chill with my family. def no alcohol, not even a drop. happy weeekend!

I'm so enjoying this post, not least, because family's are the best to be around in difficult situations, keep you motivated.

Deciding not to go out, will be a distant memorie soon, and I'm sure in the future, when more confident in your quit, it won't be so hard to go out
