Hi everyone I haven't written anything previous as I've just been taking comfort in reading the posts from you all. It's been OK not great having smoked for 10 years...quitting is the very best decision I have made. My little girls every time I came home would nag me to stop finding me outside in all weathers puffing away. I want my life back for them & myself.....keep strong everybody your all amazing for even trying to rid yourself of this demon. Good luck
