I can't really believe I've made it to 40 days! It's been very up and down but the past week or so I've not had any cravings that last more than maybe a minute and they are few and far between anyway. Only downside is I am so tired, I've been falling asleep early evening unless I'm busy at that time of day. Hope it's nothing to worry about!

Good to hear from you and congrats on 40 days - I am trying to think back to my early days as Nohassel just posted the same before yourself - I am nearly sure insomnia was an issue for me for the first 3 months so was tired anyway - are you getting enough sleep, if so, it could be just the time of year and the weather as have heard a lot complaining about being very tired lately - we tend to blame every aliment we have on quitting - if eating healthy and getting exercise may be you are lacking in some vitamin - but definitely recommend trying to get 8 hours good sleep if possible (works for me!!)
Thanks Roisin- I've been having a few late nights and I suppose I have been eating too much rubbish and not enough healthy food (it's been getting me through the cravings but now that they are almost gone I am going to start eating healthy again!) I'm lucky I've put on no weight with all I've been eating haha.
