My first day is rougher then I thought it would be....I'm so uptight and anxious it's crazy! I have to get through it tho and hope that tomorrow will be better 😬

It will be nadavat, just take it hour by hour, day by day and soon you will be forgetting how many weeks you have been quit, wishing you strength, you can do this
