So it has been a very strange day. On a personal level I had a really tough morning and lunch time but came out on top in the fight against my cravings for a cigarette. Then heard about Prince dying - what on earth is happening to the world! Is there no end to the number of amazing talented people that are being taken from us. Then have been out tonight for a few drinks with work colleagues - the cravings came back with a vengeance but I am very very happy to be on the train home having stayed strong and had a smoke free evening. Keep strong everyone
