Thanks Tracey. Weekends bring their own difficulties. Currently in a pub waiting to meet some friends - previously I would definitely have had a cigarette. The temptation is still lurking beneath the surface but I am very glad that I am still resisting

Thanks Tracey...I love weekends then I can do what I want to....Took my two Granddaughters (age 7 + 5 ) on one of my Big tractors and grade the farm roads....They and gramps was dust coated but enjoyed it so much.!!
