Kind of slacked and smoked a few cigarettes, but that's okay cause I didn't really like it so yeah. I'll be back on track by tomorrow. How was your day?
Well well: Kind of slacked and smoked a few... - No Smoking Day
Well well
Hey Kate, that would have took alot for you to come on here to share with us, shows a huge amount of strength, was it having your few beers? If so, you know that is a trigger and will never let it happen again, look forward to seeing you back on track here...strongs xo
I think it is really important to have a few days per month when you can do whatever the heck you want and not give a damn. Because that's what motivates me to keep going.
Not sure that is a good idea Kate, as I done this when I quit 11 years ago, just having a few when out, was a "social smoker" but gradually went back to being a heavy smoker within a few months.
It doesn't matter if you smoke one a day or one a month, you are still a smoker damaging your body, you are still going back to square one feeding the nicodemon
You can do this, have the belief....
It's so easy to talk ourselves into having the odd cig, but I know from past experience that the odd cig soon leads back to being a full time smoker. Don't feed the monster he will eventually starve to death.
Mini....Yes...Actually I have got no comment other as to say sorry that you smoked!!!
You will have good reasons for taking the step and good for you to already have set a quit time...
I have said it so many times but really... I will never put myself, my family and friends (and even my dog) through this agony of quitting again.
Jump back on and enjoy the ride with us...!!
