I was hypnotised on Tuesday lunchtime - i haven't had a cigarette or a craving for one. I however feel a little lost - i feel as if i have something to do but can't remember what - i feel a little disorientated. Its as if i have forgotten something. Wierd but at least its better than feeling withdrawl.

Welcome Kate and good for you on the hypnosis, I know a few people that successful quit from it. The feeling of loss is perfectly normal and should pass in a few days.
