Hi I have been on the no smoking journey. I decided to give up because I lost my amazing mum to cancer which started in her wind pipe due to smoking all her life. We lost her in April last year and it took until Christmas when I got flu and ended up with a chest infection. I decided the day I got out of the doctors to never smoke again. And from the day I have not had a cig. I'm vaping X but on low nicotine
