Why is that, for me at least, I don't smoke at work, but thought about smoking all morning, the urge to buy some is soooo strong, but holding on.
Going to be a tough night I think

I wish I could give you an answer so it could make sense to me as well!!
My first couple of days were awful, then it got better, then MUCH worse, and now it's been OK for few days (been off them for 18 days, 10 hours and 4 minutes this time, not that I'm counting.)

It just seems to be back and forwards with no rhyme or reason. As time goes on however, the good days come more often than the bad days so keep away from that shop and it will be worth it in the end.
Thank you just stay away, will remember that one,
Ps, may I say a very well done to you, doing brilliant
Thanks Tracey...not doing THAT great as I stopped for nearly three months but then had a smoking frenzy over Christmas. Much harder this time than it was originally.
Anyway, you're doing pretty damn good so give yourself a pat on the back. It isn't easy but you're sticking with it!
Are you doing CT?
Hey Tracey, you are doing great, (day 3 now?), things should improve on the physical side from now on, just take one day at a time for the next few weeks....strongs Xx
