Calling all newbies....

as I head into Week 12 tomorrow, I just want to let you know that there is light at the end of tunnel and all the hard work, physical withdrawals, pain, sadness, anger, fear, anxiety, irritability, frustration, disheartment that you have gone through is so worth it to reach 12 weeks.

I am feeling normality back finally and I am delighted and feeling great that I am an ex smoker. The good days now by far outweigh the bad days. I promise time does pass by much quicker after you have the first month over you. So, at this early stage in your quits, stay focused, determined and strong as you will be so happy to reach 12 weeks.

If anyone told me 3 months ago that I would ever be able to stop smoking... I would have a laugh.

After so many attempts... And yes I did try hard in each and every one of them....and failed... Miserably!

...I am also on week 12... And with so many days that really seem impossible to go past...they are gone. I'm at peace now.

That was not the first week Hercu, I think it was around week 5 or 6 lol Man, I don't even like to think about it...I don't think I've ever been so angry in my life!

I'm glad I'm back to myself now...and I didn't actually murder anyone yet I think this would be even funnier if you knew me...I'm reallllllly calm, I like to watch cartoons and play with kids...I'm like a child trapped in an adult body...

My anger was really out of character!!!

Yeah the anger in the first couple of weeks was outrageous for me, lucky I still have a job and husband!

Ja...Look how time fly's and yes that is why I truly believe that nicotine messes with our brains...and it might take a long time for us to be normal again....(or not becoming serial killers)
