Smoked ALL night!

So I finally managed to get a good night's sleep with the help of Chamomile, Rescue and Magnesium and what did I dream about all night? Smoking! I was actually smoking in my dream, lighting up, inhaling, blowing out great clouds of smoke......

Ahahah...yeah that happens too

I remember waking up panicking because I smoked as if it was real.

I believe that happens when your mind is coming to terms with your quit.

I had them pretty bad because I'm taking champix and it makes more vivid.

If I well remember, the dreams stayed until around week 5... It's just another part of the process.

Stay strong, it's a long and ugly process but it's worth it in the end.xxx

Ahhhh Becky, fooled us there! Thank god it was only in your dreams, it is such a huge relief when you wake up to realize it was only a dream (nightmare!) I had my weekly dreams of smoking and they stopped 2 weeks ago (week 6), thankfully, as hated having them as it brought me down as seemed so real if that makes sense.

Well the smoking dreams stopped but the crazy dreams are still very much happening, I know it's from the champix.... It's a hell of a crazy ride every night lol
