Day 5 struggle

Hi all. I am new here today. I am currently on day 5 and although not really craving too bad at the moment (its still early yet) i am really feeling horrid. i'm not sleeping, throat sore, cough, very tired, grumpy. I hope this passes soon. I need my sleep. Thanks for reading.

Honestly I have been surviving on 2 hours sleep for 10 days, thought it was just me, I went tonthe chemist he has given me something last night I had my first decent night sleep so I'll let you know how I go tonight, I can cope with anything during the day but being awake most of the night I must admit took its toll, on a brighter note you are doing so well getting through your day 5 we are rooting for you look forward to your moving last this day and into day 6, post often and read lots
