I'm not sure where every one is but I was away 2 nights for this party I imagine other people are away for the weekend aswell, being bank holiday?

I've only popped in every now and then. I've gotten out of the pattern of dropping in each day and need to get back into that. I'm back at work today so will do so during lunch breaks. I can sense the importance of visiting/posting regularly, daily still. I'm not grown up enough in relation to smoking to go it alone yet!

Congratulations on 59 days! You're about 3 weeks ahead of me so we should get a week in each room together.

I have been really busy just recently and haven't had chance to pop on the forum.

I can feel the thoughts of smoking slowly disappearing and becoming less frequent, which in itself is a great motivator.

Keep it going, them 3 months will soon be here and what a great achievement!

Still here Spanish. BH weekend a bit poo because I developed sudden excruciating lower back pain. Not able to move without screeching like a child. Seeing a chiropractor tomorrow so fingers crossed, though with pain killers it has eased. Looking forward to Thursday? Can't wait to see you in my room. You can gag me if the back still a problem. 🔫🔫🔫
