Well for me the SS stands for stop smoking, it is indeed the mantra I need to use to keep quit. A bit like AA, what I have realised is the fact that indeed I need the forum to keep my quit intact, if supporting people, looking at posts ect. I just need my resolve to to stay smoke free, so am sure I,m here for the long haul.

I love it Tracey! You are right, once a junkie...junkie forever LOL but I believe I speak for anyone here, you are a credit to this forum. You have helped a lot of people including myself.

If it wasn't for the so kind words you have typed here so many times, I would be gone a long time and would have converted myself into a walking chiminea by now.
