I totally agree, it's not easy, but great news is it WILL become easier, of course adjustments are going to take time, it's such a strong addiction.
But my word your showing who's boss , in my book that great, nearly a whole month, huge congratulations from me.
Brilliant well done
I agree with Tracey it's a strong addiction but a battle worth winning. If I'm having a crave I repeat not one puff ever to myself over and over again. I am finding now at 28 days the craves are less frequent. I don't think they are really craves now anyway more a feeling of something's missing. I think sometimes we think back with nostalgia believing our lives were better with a cig, but in reality the opposite is the truth. Our lives are a great deal better without them. We can breath better, our health is improved we don't smell we are certainly richer. What is there to miss.
I could not express it better than Spanish eyes and Tracey. You're doing great. Keep on with it. Congratulations to you
Turns out I've got Shingles ...no wonder I've been feeling so bad...still not smoking as i come up to 5 week stage on wednesday....just wish i could feel good and see some benefit....i hope it will come soon!
Poor you Anthony! No wonder you were feeling so horrid 😕
Ouch, shingles is really rotten, poor you But at least you know that it's not ALL about the quitting! Once your shingles are/is(?) gone you'll see some benefits, I'm sure. Get better soon x
