Just got in from a brilliant day out in Benidorm with my girlie friends. I really spoilt myself spending some of the money I've saved from not smoking. Lovely new clothes, lunch and drinks. Life really is good without those smelly sticks. My first month nearly gone and I feel great

that's b l o o d y marvelous - I'm doing something similar next week, taking a months saving and blowing it all in one eve by hitting a michelin star restaurant I booked a month ago! Le Gavroche, here I come!

Well done ladies, I paid for a break to the Lake District for me and hubby next week, hopefully the fresh air and dog walking will sort me out xx
