Absolutely my friend. Am guessing you smoked for a long while, so indeed it is going to take time to adjust to the new none smoking you, but as those days pass, the urges do become less and less, untill you wake up one day, and don't even think about smoking.
Your doing fantastic into your second month brilliant, just keep going it will get better
