Just dropping in to celebrate 1 and a half years since the last smoke. It's so easy now, dare I say normal(?) to not smoke. If you are just getting started, fight and claw your way through it and know that you can achieve normalcy in not smoking (if that makes sense). It just takes time. Best to all.

Nice to hear from someone secure in their quit. It's so encouraging to know there is light at the end of the tunnel. Congrats on 18 months.
