TT I have lost count at the number of times "Friends" have smoked in front of/offered me cigs when they know I have quit to be fair its usually after a beer or three

I think smokers offer fags and smoke in front of us because they are a dying breed and secretly want to do it themselves, it makes them feel better about their addiction if they can get you to have "just one"... Good job on not taking them up on the offer TT 1 - Nic 0

I moved when my app said I'd done a month - which I suppose was my quit day plus one month...which was the 27th how about that - quit-date snap! I hadn't noticed we were the same day! Move on over to month 2 TT!

I must say, I think you were really cool to restart your quit even though your blip was only 10 minutes - I don't know if I could be that strong! xx
