Aaaargh so cravey I can taste it! Right now in my addict mind I can't see anything wrong with smoking, I am romanticising with the best of them.... I've had three glasses of wine, it's been a trying day at work and I "deserve" to relax with a fag don't I? Plus "I could get hit by a bus tomorrow" " life's too short to be miserable"and my personal favourite" grandad smoked 40 woodbine a day all his life and lived til 98"....... In the past my piddled addicted brain would of been convinced that these facts are true and I would of "borrowed" just one from my neighbour....... I dunno times have definitely changed because all of the above statements are an addict talking and a former smoker trying to justify to herself why it's ok to smoke.... Well it's not.... It's downright selfish... So on that note because I'm being honest I really do want one, I am going to bed where I can't get into any trouble :)... Stay quit folks... Let's do this xx

Aw bless Donna, I think your amazing, and doing great. Roulette comes to mind re grandad, but we know better, smoking is not cool.

Hi ladies thanks for looking in on me, yes all better again I am on day 32 and this is I think my 5th day CT, I really do feel I am coming out the other side, cold turkey is such a big thing for me as I really didn't think I would ever be nicotine free so to be 5 days makes me proud although it's been hard I feel free at last! Xx

Yes well done. You really are doing great. I've yet to face my 'CT' when I stop the Champix. That was when I tripped twice before.
