I cant believe i quit in november 2013...and now is 2015! I used to be a regular on this forum and i have no been on here for a few months now. But im still going strong and have no desire to EVER smoke a cigarette ever again. Hoping everyone is doing fantastically and newbies, be sure you can do it because you can, its hard in the early days but there comes a time when you dont even remember what it felt like to smoke a cigarette. you also stop spotting every smoker lol i used to clock every single smoker in the high street like hawk eyes lol addicted brains are powerful things in search of drugs!
Anysways, lots of good vibes xx

Glad to see your still going strong, yea its quite a shock when you look at time scales and wham a big gap of years have passed since you quit, its an amazing feeling to know you have arrived and no longervwant or need a ciggy.
You joined about the same time as me and ever since, every time I see your name, I always read it as Gagarin, as in Yuri Gagarin the first person into outer space.
Nearly 17 months for you now, I bet smoking is beginning to feel like a lifetime ago isn't it
Hi Nikki, lovely to see people returning to post to encourage us following behind. Good to read that you are not interested in smoking at all. You must be very pleased.
