Well I'm still here, hanging on. Just had my lunch and am suffering with that "I've just eaten; therefore I must smoke" thing, so I'm here instead. I'm on patches, so I know it's not the nicotine craving that's got me right now; it's the psychological connection to my habit. Stupid brain!

Agree the psychological addiction is the hardest bit, good on you for getting through it, plus this will be your first smoke free weekend,think how good you will feel on Monday in work knowing u got through it x
