Aw Donna, that's sooooo pants isn't it, I,to did that in the past, and boy oh boy those vivid dreams and restlessness is unbelievable, hoping you can get some snooze time to day, I tell you what Donna bet you don't do that again. But your shattered your brain has been whizzing round all night. Feel for you
Poor you Donna...
Hope you can have a quiet day (put your feet up and have a snooze if you can).
Hate when that happens!! Done it so many times. Have a nice Sunday sofa snooze xxxx
Be careful missy, you'll end up going into month 2 looking like this lol
You dafty custardI know, I had a daft moment. I don't know what to call Jenny anymore now you have posted that you are not Jenny and it's the name of a previous treasured pet like Alfie. I'll call you Mrs X lol
Lmao Steel I seriously might just jump in CT I've failed so many times what have I got to lose, I never want a night like that again lol
@Donna, CT Is not as scary as you may think although extra stubborn effort is required at first.
Nearly done the same thing last night and so tonight I've set my mobile alarm to remind me to take patch off at 730 x
Sounds like quite the ordeal Donna. Hope you have managed to grab some rest and slept well last night.
They say that every quit is different, I have to agree. It doesn't matter the method, CT, NRT, Medical, Hypnosis, etc,. I think either can and will bring different results, the key is to keep trying.
I've tried CT many times before with various levels of success. Usually though, It only lasts a few weeks (which are hell for all within a 100 mile radius). This one feels completely different, It feels like months since I last chose to smoke. I've had some physical symptoms for sure, but mentally I am feeling great. I think my mindset going in had a lot to do with it. Usually I would say "after this pack is gone", whereas this one was "OK, I'm done" and I tossed about half a pack and a lighter in the trash. I also told everyone who would listen this time which gives me more incentive to keep it going.
I realise that I have only started the journey, but if the past few weeks, which are undoubtedly the hardest, are any indication, I would like to make a reservation at the Penthouse for Dec 19, 2015.
I will get there this time, I owe that to my kids.
