Not been here for a while, just re-read my last post (day 27) and it was laughable! Those early days are the worst.

Anyway I am chugging along just fine, MONTH 4!!!!

Any other Stoptober's still about?

I'm still here. I quit on 1st October but didn't find the forum until about two weeks in. I'm so pleased I did. I don't think I'd be celebrating 3 months without the help of the good people here.
