You've had a few glasses of wine and a lovely Christmas lunch with friends, got home and put the pjs on along with the sparkly Rudolph slipper socks, complete with jingle bells that your minime made you (they are ace, the glitter isn't even dry but she's happy they fit:))

And realise that not once did you think of smoking in any shape or form!

Awesome stuff!!! Guard is up but I am really starting to think that I can for sure make it into the new year smoke free happy Days!

I remember a similar moment, Laura, when I was at about the same stage as you are. It was such a fantastic feeling and I am so glad you're experiencing it too.
