Getting more grown up with every passing hour, TT :D

And every minute that passes is a minute you'll never have to go through again.

I'm with Tea- lots of treats to mark your achievements as you meet them is the way to go. Well done mate! :)

thanks all! will come up with a reward, great idea - not used to doing that normally - something else to change eh :D

Thanks tractorgirl, Karen!

Your doing great, one foot in front of the other. What ever you want food wise is great, just as long as you don't smoke. Doing fantastic.

Thanks Tracey

My last post was meant to be on here, clearly was pretty hammered. Had a disgustingly tasty KFC to sober up since, then straight into the shower followed immediately by this post whilst in bed and most importantly, no cigs thru out!

Day 4 will be in the bag in a couple of hours

Thanks, this Champix really is dampening the cravings. That's making a massive difference.

Thanks for the reminder Karen, I do tend to miss these things.

Really thought I had a cigarette early this morning, I then woke up, so relieved.

Thanks Karri

Well done TT, impressive stuff . Keep going.

Hi TT, great you've almost done a week already. Look forward to hearing how you get on.

Thanks guys. Took a small risk yesterday, but managed to pass another test, kept a friend company outside a restaurant while he smoked!

Thing is I've been thru this cycle before just did the tests a lot slower. This time trying to finish off the tests early without being cocky tho

The next big test is on Thursday night. Baby steps until then.

Bring on the end of Day 6! Only 3 hrs remaining!

Thanks. Reward wise, thinking dinner at a pretty cool Japanese where the bill will be more or less exactly the amount I will have saved from being a non smoker for a week.

It is pretty cool indeed. I do wipe out the stash is full tomorrow tho :(

Yes, but then you can borrow from next weeks stash....because after all, you'll save so much that it'll all balance out eventually....or something like that....;)

No no, will be staying clear of opening a credit facility against future stashes ;)

Well done indeed especially if you got through the alcohol trigger. Congrats on getting through day 4.

Thanks Tea - yeah I'm still into the super hero stuff at my age :p

Thanks Mariolta - about to complete my first full week at 12.45pm today, a few hours left!!

Cool Karri - what was this restaurant called and where is it? never tried that dish before, sounds delicious!

It was in Windsor - not sure if that is close for you.

misugo.co.uk

Thanks, will have to make a note for when in Windsor. I'm in London.

Many congratulations on your quit

You are doing brilliantly well

Thank you Madam!

Just over an hour to go before I complete my first full week!

Oh you must go to Nobu - one of my favourites :)

I agree, Nobu is very good indeed.

Thanks Karen - don't have much of a sweet tooth but will have one anyway ;)

Thanks Tea!
