Day 10 - bit of a harrowing day for one reason or another BUT absoloutely nothing to do with my quit and I have no desire to have a cig, as my good friend Deb says it's not quitting it's staying quit that's the problem, let's hope I'm this bouyant in a couple of months! I have a feeling I'll be ok this time x

Keep going Donna. Remeber that there is only two options. Smoker or non smoker. A non smoker who has a fag when it gets tough doesnt exist! Lol.
