Day 10 Into Double Figures!!

I am on day 10 now and still feeling positive even though i had a particularly stressfull day at work :mad: but i got there hows everyone else doin?

Heading towards the end of my Day 10 too and feeling good and proud of myself too.

Given up with the patches - too bad a skin reaction - the microtabs are foul - so am making do with a few chomps on the nrt gum - bought a packet of 'liquorice' flavoured ones from Asda's this afternoon - reduced down to 50p

Four more days and we'll be into Week 3!!!

Hi both

I am also on day 10. on patches but thinking of stopping them after the weekend. Dont know if its just me but I get a pain in the arm for about an hour when I first put it on. well done to you both and good luck

Sorry about the stressfull day Jules least you know stress doesn't = smoke!!

I suffered terribly with patches skin wise, however, when I came off them early i didn't last very long my longest quit I did on the full course of patches, moving the patches may help, back and legs etc, I would advise trying to stick the course.

Also at the end of day 10. Still very tired and not sleeping, don't know why, I was fine the first few days. I just feel a bit not with it again. I am taking the lozenges but feel really down in the dumps. I am pleased with myself, though, at least I am just grumpy, not smoking and grumpy!!!!
