Evening all,

Day 2 is going not too shabby, I'm pleasantly surprised.

I've had a few moments where I have thought wow I could really go a cig right now but not an overwhelming need to run to the shops and buy a pack! Cravings are often but not too intense! ( I'm worried it'll catch up with me at somepoint, day 6 tends to be a rough one for me but I'm prepared for it and ready)

Have a horrible little stinky smoking demon on my shoulder fighting with my little smoke free angel on the other .... So I'll sit and eat haribo until they hush up for a while

So far so good! Hope everyone is well!

Well done Laura, I went through Haribo Starmix like I had shares in the company, drink plenty of water that helps. Mr nic will disappear, keep positive and best of luck
