What a beautiful day today.

I was at a confidence workshop today to help me cope with riding my horse in open fields.

However the techniques we worked on are very useful for giving up smoking.

It was all about positive thinking and using images of 'good' things to over-shadow the bad things. Very useful.

So my fellow quitters.

Close your eyes. See yourself as a non smoker beating the s**t out of a packet of fags. And feel proud!
