Well, Monday is appointment day at the stop smoking clinic I'm going to give the champix a go. I have already decided I'm not going to tell any one about this apart from the OH as it just gives me an excuse to be grumpy with people, so I feel that I may be part of the forum again!!! Day 1 of champix...here we go!!

Day 3 of champix and feeling sorry for myself tired, nauseous and very short tempered. Supposed to take another tablet today aswell

Did it make a big difference when you upped your dosage Debbie? That's what I'm worried about if I feel like this on the very lowest dosage what is it going yo be like when I'm on 2mg a day???!!!

Valsy, can't help on the Champix front but just sticking my head around the door to wish you all the best for your quit.

I do feel a bit better today. I've also noticed that I'm smoking a bit less...and the ones I'm smoking I'm not smoking right to the end like I used to. On to the big girls dose from tomorrow so keeping my fingers crossed xx
