Hi, all,

I am very pleased with myself...I've faced a hell of a lot of stress over the past 12 months but never wavered in this quit...I know I was vile tempered at the beginning (I don't do very well with the softly, softly touch) & everyone was very patient with me but it was more to do with the fact I needed to vent on how it made me feel (always rather vocal, me) Yes, I've been diagnosed with more than enough feckin illnesses to keep the local GPs busy for a few years & haven't felt the health benefits from quitting but at least, having quit, the GPs haven't been able to put all my symptoms down to smoking so, in a way, it has benefited me, I guess. Right....where's my bottle of wine gone....much needed drink, methinks! Cheers, peeps!
