Did my first 10k today in 58 minutes after 7 weeks off the cigs (for you elder generation that's 6.2 miles :p)
Bad news all round today though, don't much feel like celebrating.

Well I need to ask why? My lovely, you ave done a marvellous thing, brilliant
Thanks Tracey, just my nan's illness and other things I've found out today. Today is the first day I have got a serious craving in a while.
Oh my sweet, pm me, it's so horrid when all is wrong with life, it's c..p. but you are doing a great thing, keep going:). You are a lot of people's inspiration
6.2 miles in 58 minutes is fantasic Kirstie! (I'm an oldie so can only think in 'old money' :D).
Sorry you're having a difficult day. Isn't it always the way that if one thing dumps on you from a great height two or three more will do the same? I hope that the weekend proves to be better and that you have some time to relax and enjoy yourself.
I bet running helps, though, when things are getting you down. I know I find that physical activity really does take my mind off things when I am worried or angry.
You're doing wonderfully well by the way
That's great news about the 10k
Sorry about the other things getting you down. x At least you know smoking won't make it any better.
Thanks everyone just trying to keep my chin up (: you're all a huge help x
