Hi all,

Haven't been on for a couple of days as had the lovely tummy bug that's flying about feeling a lot better today so thought i would look in.

It's day 5 Yippee....just had a bit of a craving Boo, the inhalater has taken a bit of a battering

Definitely no weight going on here ha!

Strangely enough, no illness has ever really stopped me from smoking, (how sad is that?) but Monday i actually slept most of the day & it didn't enter my head, yday i was a little better & didn't think about it....but today i've had 2 cravings, but i dealt with them, so i'm pleased with myself

Onwards & upwards x

Thanks Jenny, I've felt really lazy today, just ate little & often, drank plenty of water & rested watching tv....it has done me lots of good though

Poor Fluff

You know how it goes- a roller coaster of a ride. Just keep telling yourself that a crave lasts no more than 5 minutes and is only as powerful as you allow it to be. Distract yourself any way you can, have a lazy bath, if all else fails go to bed.

And eat chocolate.

Thanks Skid & Susan, it's now 8.45pm & i'm off to bed (to watch more tv ha!) but armed with chocolate & a fresh bottle of water.....

Been so thirsty last few days, thought it was dehydration from the tummy bug but now i'm thinking it's part of withdrawal perhaps!?

Anyhow, thanks to everyone for your support today. New day tomorrow, bring it on
