yeah mornings were awful for me in the beginning as well. It passes though: now I wake up bright as a button and leap out of bed ready to greet the day. OK that's a lie. I've stopped smoking not had a brain transplant!

Still hate mornings but at least I don't have to sit out the back freezing to death as well.

Hope the day gets brighter as you go along.

your doing really well Tracey, keep at it... its murder the morning crave isnt it? I stopped having tea in the early days I just stuck to fruit juice because the association of cup of tea and a cig was overwhelming, it worked though and now I can have tea again
