Thanks to everybody who posted a message.

My dog is ok, apparently it's not life threatening and it is some sort of brain thing that might pass and might no. Without writing as essay on it they are not sure what causes it but it could be stress related . We will just keep an eye on her and see how it goes she is only 10month old, I think you can buy a plug in thing that keeps dogs chilled out.

Anyway DAY 7 at last !

The cravings are not that bad but i still want to go and buy some fags.

A big thank you to everybody, too many to mention. This forum is really helping because you are talking to people that are experiencing the same feelings as you. Most importantly there is no pressure. I mean i could just delete my membership and go buy some fags :confused:

Keep going antitrust, clod, and Linda54 WELL DONE :D:D:D

I just want to scream

Hi Inter,

So glad to hear your dear girl is OK. What a relief! :)

The cat equivalent of the plug-in you refer to is Feliway and it does work in my experience so the doggy version is well worth a go. Possibly she is picking up on your quit stress in which case hopefully she'll settle down as you do.

Just scream away if you need to. We're here whenever you need us. And flipping well done on holding onto your quit and for reaching Day 7. :)

Massive well done to you for getting through that, my pets are my life and I go to pieces when one of them sneezes let alone anything else. One of my mum's dogs was put on vivitonin to aid blood supply to the brain, but I think that was due to her age.

The cravings should start getting easier really soon, it's hard to say how long, as we are all different, but keep posting, that really helped me in the early days - I practically lived on here for the first six months :o
