Just remember, wombat's backside Clod. :)

(seriously, just hold on, count to 10 repeatedly, distract yourself with anything it takes and keep telling yourself that craves pass. You've nearly made it through your first week- you can't cave now because we won't let you. :))

Early days Clod, I smoked roll ups too and remember the feeling well, you're doing very very well. Dig deep, this WILL pass, I promise......

Hi from a forum newbie, Im on day six as well, am using e-cigs as my quit method. Had a craving just half an hour ago (always after eating something)...just took a few chugs on the e and bang, goodbye craving!

Have read a couple of posts on the forum which were along the lines of wondering if using an e-cig was somehow cheating....I look at it this way...yes Im still intaking nic, but Im not inhaling the tar, carbon monoxide, ammonia and all the other 4,000 chemicals that make up tobacco.

Stay strong.

Hi Clod, day 6 was my worst day by far but honestly it does get easier. Just hang in there, you can do it :)

Phew! That was a dogs breakfast of a day. I can't even really explain why it was so bad. Sleeping badly and waking very early is not helping any.

Anyway...made it, and though some hours work yet to do, I rekon the rest is going to be manageable. Thanks for the hand holds guys. It helps. x clod

Knowing you, they probably are :)

Seriously, well done Clod. Getting the first week behind you is a mega achievement. You definitely deserve a beer or six.
