Thank you Kat and everybody else for taking the time to post. I have just read some of the Tips and passed posts on this forum and it really helps with motivation.
It's funny how my mood goes up and down like a yoyo.
It is a bit of a roller-coaster at first but you're doing fantastically well from the sound of it. Just hold on, do anything you can think of to distract yourself, drink gallons of iced water, get as much sleep as you can and roll with the punches. You won't know whether you are coming or going for a bit, but as Kat and the others have said those feelings will pass and you will start to feel the positive benefits very soon.
You're doing great. Every minute, every hour, is a little closer to freedom.
