my 2nd day

To be honest craving a cig. Tried the e-cig a bit but doesn't seem to do anything for me.

Isn't it funny how you start thinking of buying a packet and try convincing yourself that you don't really want to stop hahahaha.

Can't believe how stupied I am. I suppose it's always easier to carry on smoking.

Anyway despite the bad mood it's 38 hours without a cig and feeling a bit wierd.

Regards Paul

I know if this quitting was easy, there would be no smokers in the world!

Can't say much about the e-cig, as my method of quitting is patch, but what ever you choose or not to choose, deciding to quit is a great decision.

Well done:) keep going

We really do need a like post button on this forum. Thank you so much for the comments.

I will keep going

Thank you Kat and everybody else for taking the time to post. I have just read some of the Tips and passed posts on this forum and it really helps with motivation.

It's funny how my mood goes up and down like a yoyo.

I'm feeling much better now :D

Thanks again :D:D

Glad you're feeling better now Intercity :)

It is a bit of a roller-coaster at first but you're doing fantastically well from the sound of it. Just hold on, do anything you can think of to distract yourself, drink gallons of iced water, get as much sleep as you can and roll with the punches. You won't know whether you are coming or going for a bit, but as Kat and the others have said those feelings will pass and you will start to feel the positive benefits very soon.

You're doing great. Every minute, every hour, is a little closer to freedom.

Thanks very much Skid, going to work now and won't be back till tomorrow so i will make sure i take some nibbles and stuff.:)

Cheers !!!
