Hi i stopped smoking for 5wks at xmas,stupidly had just 1 thinking it would be ok(not) have a sore throat at min so that might make things easier also having operation next week so not much choice really as know i will heal quicker if not smoking.Anyone gone cold turkey and succeeded

Hiya and welcome

There's lots of people gone cold turkey on here, am not one of them but they'll be able to give you some tips!!

You'll get a lot more replies if you start a new thread, nobody bites, not hard anyway
