unlike the old type you only wear them for 16 hours thats 8 hours without them.
I am not working at the moment I decided to quite smoking because I am going into hospital soon and didnt want to be addicted and stuck in a place where your not allowed to smoke
Normaly I dont sleep much so end up smoking way too many at least every
10 mins thats 6 an hour for about 20 hours a day which I can't do in hospital
So I made the decision to quite
Going thru the normal withdrawl symtoms or should I say abnormal I am deffo not myself anymore.
Found this forum thru google search and reading the posts has given me a much needed crutch
Now I know what I am going thru is normal
Hopefully people around me will forgive me for being so nasty all the time and understand what I am going thru
Its a lonely life quitting LOL people tend to stay out of your way

congratulations on your decision to quit. Cant tell you how many good things happen when you do. its great. You come to the right place for support too. Any questions just ask and someone will be around to help you out.
when ever it gets tough, just come on here and post about it before you think about having a smoke and it will keep you hands busy and give you something else to concentrate on whilst the cravings pass,
One whole week huge congratulations and celebrate your move to week 2 tomorrow. Dont panic about the eating....many of us are now complaining about the inevitable weight gain but the quit is more imporatnt you can tackle the weight when you feel more comfortable in the quit.
I'm sorry you have to go into hospital but g;ad to hear that' you're stopping smokng a huge decision for most of us
I week is great hang in there all the things you're feeling are normal but will pass fairly quickly

Welcome to the forum and well done on the decision to quit possibly one of the most important you will ever make and you will be losing nothing but you will regain control of your life and that has to be good
You will find all the help and support you need on here as we all help each other just like a family we are here for you every step of the way cheering the good days and sympathising with the bad but the good far outweigh the bad
Read the posts on here you will find a lot of tips and advice and in the signatures of a lot you will find links to other sites just click on them Here are 2 I find very good to start you off whyquit.com and woofmang.com Read, read and then read some more as the more you read and learn about why you smoked and about your addiction the easier your quit will be
Keep strong, keep going although it might not seem like it now...smoking sucks and you are setting yourself free.
Do what you need to do, get mad, shout and curse us out, just don't go back to the fithy weed.
Read as much as you can about nicotine and the cigarette industry and how we suckers have been making them fithy rich while we choke our selves to death on their addictive s#it!
It beggars belief when you really look behind the scenes. They have been messing with our minds for years and we have to fight back.
