Blooming fantastic, have had wobbles over the last few days, self pity (that's not to be recommended ) so am on track and looking forward to popping in to room four in a couple of days.
Sunshine, lovely. Kids, lovely hubby. Ok job. That's great.
I have decided this is not going to be a battle, (cloaks and daggers) it's just what it is, a moment in time I have to press through.
Hoping all is well with one and all.
Back on track and feeling fine, noooo feel g great

Completely agree. Embracing and welcoming your quit is the best thing to do, because you are turning it into something that is welcome rather than an all-out fight! It certainly helped me with the psychological side of things.

It is a mental battle, and you can decide to make it hard for yourself and be miserable, or you can decide to take it by the scruff of the neck and do it in style!!
