I have been fagless since 15th Jan this year and the ecig has played no small part in that. Ideally, the aim is to not rely on anything, but I second that it's better and more effective than NRT - or it has been for me, and I tried everything else!

Yes a much more effective alternative to nrt and a safer alternative to smoking. Over the year I have already dropped my nicotine level from 24 down to 10. With a view to going nicotine free eventually. But even when I reach that point I will not stop vaping.
