It's day six today I'm mm mm feeling fantastic!!! Going to go out shopping and have a look at what I could have as a treat. its getting easier every day. I think it helps if you try to have a postive mindset. So last night Mr Nic got a serious telling off from me and today I think he is still sulking Have a great no smoking day everybody!

It *is* mostly a mind game, daft though it sounds. If you tell yourself it'll be easy, then it will be for the most part, if you convince yourself it's hard, guess what? It will be!!

You sound like you've got the mental part of this quit sewn up, and that's so good
