Hi everyone, I'm Chrissie and I'm on day seven of my quit. I've gone cold turkey and have to say I had an awful day at work today which meant the temptation was huge!! I've spent the last six days looking on this forum for wisdom and advice (thankyou all for that) and thought that as my day was so awful, I'd treat myself and actually join up!! So yeah... Hi all!

Well I'm in awe of anyone who goes cold turkey, that is brilliant and hell I know what it can be like at work when *everything* gets on your wick (my boss is a lovely bloke but sometimes I could wring his neck) but well done for getting through it!!

Well done on reaching day 7 (day 8 now in fact!) I really take my hat off to anyone who can go CT as I know I couldn't have done it (and indeed, failed to do it several times).
