Day 30 and back to usual 3-4 hrs

Ok so back to a sleepless night which is a shame. I hate feeling so tired at the start of the week but I know it's not just cigarette related.

Apart from that I'm feeling fine and continuing to cope well my quit :D

Sorry to hear about the sleeping. Like you say, you know it's not related to the ciggies...so that's another potential excuse to quit quitting busted :)

Ah rubbish about the sleep, I can recommend camomile tea and nytol herbal in the green pack, brilliant stuff tho on ur 30 days your doing fab, hope ur mums ok xxx

Very well done on reaching 30 days :)

I am in complete sympathy regarding lack of sleep, I haven't really slept properly for the past couple of years, and it sucks big time. To be honest it has gotten worse since stopping smoking, but hopefully that will pass.

I sincerely hope it passes for you and you manage to get back to the land of nod properly!

Lindy I was hoping you'd go t that sleeping business sorted, it makes you really run down not sleeping enough. :(

Try all the alternative methods, be great to find something that works for you - trial and error. :)

Getting to 30 days and coping with so little sleep is fantastic - you should be really proud of yourself, what an achievement \ keep going. xx

Thanks for all the support, you are all fantastic as usual :)

I don't know about running 5 miles Debbie, I think my lungs might need slightly longer to recover haha! Thing is my days are busy, I work full time, at the moment I have mum to care for in the evenings and weekend and I have my cattery and cats. I don't really stop much and try really hard to tire myself out.

Anyway no its not an excuse for not quitting as whilst it seems a bit worse right now its and existing problem.

Maybe tonight I will get a bit longer :D
