Well here I am back again, day four this time. Surprised I haven't cracked today, o,h with manflu kinda tooth ache, Ill child. cleaning sick at two and four in the morning and a visit from a difficult relative, and I'm still free from cigs! Phew!!!!!!! Woo hoo!
Hope you all don't mind me being back again! Keep trying! Again, and again and again! Hopeful this time, trying not to be too confident like last time, mostly cause im not confident! Just trying real hard.

desperate to be a non smoker this time, even though I could do with one right now( it's my first Saturday free from smoking) keep puffing on my inhailator!
Trying to be happy, but I can't help but think I'm not ME if I'm not smoking?!!

Having a ciggie isnt what make you you. Your personality, beliefs etc is what makes you who you are. Its just the Nicodemon telling you that, so you will cave in..dont let him win!
I know how you feel with the sick child, my 6 year old has just thrown up everywhere! Bless him, at least he made it to the bathroom!

Welcome back matey just keep puffing on that inhalator - I felt like that for a while when I first quit - like part of me was missing and it's one of the reasons I put off quitting for so long - the fear that I'd become a different person. Trust me you'll be the same person but a nicer smelling, healthier version
Cheers pookie, cheers claire30, poor little un being sick, don't know how my 9 yr old has so much sick in her, almost like the scene from the excorcist! Sick both sides of bed, on bed, in bucket and in her hair, poor thing don't know how she managed it, now 11 month old coming down with something, at least o,h tooth ache/manflu is cured, :-).
And yeah pookie, still a prisoner of call of duty! Ha!
This week has been strange, come home from a great holiday, back to reality Ill people, difficult people( including me) , and I haven't cracked so far, all gravy baby.

OK, I have strayed into the dark side, no excuses but 4 days in hospital with my baby and I cracked. She is home now thank god and on the mend. So back on patches tomorrow. If I can get my head together that is. ?
She is much better but still nowhere near right, at first we thought menengitis, but then lots of other symptoms cropped up, now the are saying e-coli?! We are both so relieved to be home and it has shown in her as soon as we got home much happier albeit short lived, before she falls asleep again.
I have a few patches left, just need to get my head in the right place, struggling abit, I compleatly know it's the right thing to do and want to be free from all that crap, and feel clean again. But my head is filled with the nicodemon at the moment, I need to kick it's butt, trying hard to get in the right frame of mind.
