Well I am coming to the end of day 23 which means that I have just one more week until I can call it a month! Quite pleased / tired / drained / happy / sad / excited / shocked. Overall I am most looking forward to getting to that stage because I know that each week that goes by makes it even less likely I will start again.
Now time for a nice cup of tea and a piece of chocolate orange - yum.

You're doing really well 
Those emotions are really tough to go through, it's such a huge range to experience in a short period and it can be draining *but* it will all settle down when you get used to being a non smoker and when your brain gts used to making it's own chemicals again!!
Sooo close to a big milestone now!!
Well done Magwag, if you can enjoy your quit for what it is (sometimes difficult), it's easier to get through it....
