Hi all. Still smoke free day 19. Today desperately craving a cig. Just illusion I know and it will pass so still applauding and cheering. Had a heavy day yesterday convening my men's support group at my local hospice, didn't sleep very well last night mainly due to my concerns about my patients, but having a fag won't help them or me , so grit your teeth Jonno and get through it. Tomorrow will be better and I SHALL get through it .Love Jonno

Just keep telling yourself it's all in the mind, you are doing really well and the positive attitude really helps. Having a cig will not relieve your stress, your addicted brain will keep telling you that just to get it's fix. You are stronger than a plant and you know it. Keep up the good work.
